| Phoenix Solar AG and AEE AG plan on continued collaboration in implementing large-scale solar projects. Initial collaboration between the two German-based companies began with the installation of a 63-hectare solar energy park in Senftenberg, Germany, in March 2010. AEE AG managed all aspects of project development up until construction, at which point Phoenix Solar AG took over mounting of the photovoltaic modules and the feed-in of 18 megawatts of peak power to the envia operated grid. The cooperation between the two companies demonstrated valuable and effective results leading to an agreement of extended collaboration on the realization of AEE AG’s pipeline of solar energy projects. |
