AMOPE and COU CAPITAL Signs Consulting Agreement

AMOPE, a Spanish photovoltaic solar energy consulting and project management company, has entered into a consulting agreement with COU CAPITAL INC., a Toronto, Canada based corporation with its European office in Munich, Germany. COU CAPITAL INC. has been retained by Canadian Solar Income Fund LP, a Canadian investment fund with a mandate to invest in solar parks in Germany.

AMOPE will assist COU CAPITAL INC in the development, installation and construction of solar photovoltaic parks by means of project screening and selection of strategic partners and developers.
